I had no appointment and realized I wad 5 days overdue on my oil change and had I completed my commite for the day, I would have also gone over mileage. I stopped in unannounced and Jim was outstanding as usual. He fit me in to their schedule for the day and without even needing to ask, provided a shuttle for where I needed to go.
