Had a washer control board go bad on my LG washing machine. Was out of country and called. Brian got my part ordered, and John made sure it was there for me when I was worried about it showing up. Shipping was 1 day later then planned but that was FedEX's fault. So glad John was there to help me trouble shoot and used his experience to figure out what the problem was. A competitor told me it would be 2 weeks to get part, NHA got it for me in 4 days!!!!!! Greg promised he would call as soon as the part hit the building and he did. Wife's happy, clothes are clean again!
