It is really easy for some individuals not to care about what goes on behind the scenes in building their home or the trades that work weekends and Holidays away from their families. My husband is an individual that takes pride in his work and with being honest with the sales staff, trades, homeowners, and management of Rohe and Wright. If you notice in reading these posts, there are many names mentioned that do not even work there anymore. Almost, every year there are new project managers or superintendents. One should ask them, if Rohe and Wright are such wonderful builders, why can't they keep their project managers and superintendents? The individuals that actually build your homes are the trades, project managers, and superintendents. The reason is because Andy, Chad, and Russ are too busy jetting off to Italy with their wives on company time and money and not paying their hard working staff what they deserve. My husband believed in this company and wanted to work for them over 10 years ago. He finally got the opportunity and started on Winfield Gate late last year. It takes months to build five story custom townhomes of this magnitude. He has worked very hard just to get laid off last week when the last part of the project was coming together. This has happened to project managers and superintendents in the past that have worked for this builder. These individuals did not get bonuses or pay for changes close to closing the home so that, Rohe and Wright do not have to pay these individuals what was promised. My grandmother used to tell me “What goes around comes around”. We will see!
