A cable was broken on my garage and Metro Garage Door Co. came out to fix it. First of all, when I called in they were there in two hours. That really says something about them. When you're in your garage with your car and have to go somewhere, but the door won't open, it's really hard.
They did everything they were supposed to do. They left me a thing on the side, so if somethings happens I know when the work was done and that it has a warranty so I can call them. Life is good.
It was some young guy who did the work. He was very nice and cordial and he explained everything to me. He was very thorough. The problem is, when a garage door goes, since you don't have it fixed every month or every week or whatever, you're really in a quandary as to who to call. You don't know what to do and don't know who's reputable. Now I know who to call.
