Extremely friendly from the very first phone call. I spoke to several girls in the office at Superior Moving & Storage asking questions and gathering information about making a cross country move. Each person I spoke to was very upbeat and friendly and always had the knowledge of any questions I was asking. The follow up's and return emails were all on point. I was very impressed with the entire office staff. The movers arrived and did an awesome job, the guys were great. I had Robert as my lead guy and driver of this huge tractor trailer. He delegated well, and advised his team on exactly how he wanted things wrapped and packed. Definitely well organized and acted as a great supervisor. To sum it up Superior moving did a great job, our items remained in the same condition when we started, they arrived on time and for the exact price they quoted.
