Wow when I read this I thought I wrote it I had the same experience with her and I thought it was just me I have been going here since they were in the downstairs location that was next to starters, It was always same 2 ladies that worked so this day I came in and all new faces not knowing that the 2 original ladies move upstairs where they are now so older lady was my threader . I could tell they didn't know how to properly thread because she was having trouble, it was taking a while and it didn't hurt which it always does especially when you let your brows grow out. When she was done I didn't like them and she tried to bring another person to fix them so after all that they use a brow pencil to fill in and it looked good but when I washed my face omg I didn't have any brow on the sides so I vowed to never go them again When I found out about the new location I was happy to see the same two ladies and the younger one does ok 50 percent of the times he get mines even but she just is not as good as the full figure lady Plus my brow are naturally uneven and she is the only one that can get them even So one day I see the same older lady in the new location that messed me up and it was like I saw a ghost. It was only her and the full figure lady so I immediately requested that the heavy set lady do mines and she was real #itchy about it like im on break so when I said I would wait she just had an attitude like she didn't want to do it so I was too upset to tell her why I didn't want the older lady but I just walked out Im looking for a new place to get mines done. I haven't found it yet so i was in the mall today and heard another victim complaining about the older lady so i know it wasnt just me. She should hire people that have mastered technique
