Gabriel is a great representative to hyundai.but the dealer decides the costs to charge.by price matching to more cost effective and competitive pricing.they could retain more customers to having all elective tepairs done where tje car was bought.by keeping a good relationship in the rourine repairs. Im sure they could retaib thise customers for all future purchases more
