I am completely shocked that a relatively new car 2012 could have a natural mechanical error (not created by me) and that the dealerships position is that is just the way it is going to be - unacceptable. Also didn't appreciate being accused that because I got a couple oil changes else where, there may be questions from the Service Rep when it comes to my malfunctioning sunroof! more
