Mike Bonds did an awesome job today! He addressed all our areas of concern and explained why some areas are more problematic than others. Mike was insightful, thorough, personable and professional. Mike really wowed us today so we felt a shout out was needed :). Happy to be doing business with Alterra with people like Mike working for them!
