Very bad experience. Bought a washer and dryer. Washer was so loud we couldn't stand it. We were told to upgrade to top of the line model (at our expense) to get quitter machine. The washer was 1 year and 44 days old . Repairman came out ($90) and announced the whole tub needed to be replace. ($500). Talked to sales manager to get a break on parts since the machine had only been used 6 months . He told me my complaint was with the manufacturer and I should call them directly. They did not have time work on MY problem. My advice go buy from any of the box stores or internet. You'll get a much better price and you can buy a reasonable service contact. Mullet's only want to sell outlandish service contracts. Even with the contract I'm sure they'll find a way to charge you extra. If you got money to throw away , they're a great way to do it. I fixed the machine for $90 dollars and found the original assembly error and corrected it.
