My headlight was out, so I took it in, and the problem turned out to be a lot bigger. Instead of just doing the big repair, the guys took the initiative to call up Honda and check if I might get it covered under a safety recall. That's saving me money, and shows that I can trust VA Tire and Auto to put my interests first.
