We're in the process of moving. The carpeting on the stairs was very, very dirty. The realtor suggested that I get it cleaned and recommended Chem-Dry. The service really was like a miracle! If I were going to buy the house before the cleaning, I would've walked in and thought I'd have to have the carpet replaced right away.
