Although they have been in business for decades, I can't imagine why! They have lost me as a customer forever. Customer service is poor to nonexistent. Accounting practices are sloppy and, possibly, unethical. A credit of $600 for a change in appliance order was never posted to my credit card, and additional charges and credits were made on my credit card without explanation. Salesman and management have been totally unresponsive to my requests for clarification of charges and credits. Look around the dirty, chaotic state of the store. I believe this reflects a lack of care and pride in how they treat their customers.
