The absolute worst in customer service. It's unfortunate MDA uses them exclusively as the source for DME because it takes months to order and receive equipment. Recently I ordered a new wheelchair. After several months it finally arrived without the cushion ! Can't use it because the old cushion doesn't fit so I have a new wheelchair that can't be used. Tried reaching technician and office to no avail........... Can't understand why this company is still in business!
