I ordered my food at 5:53 pm on a Sunday evening, and the food did not arrive until after 8pm. The food arrived cold and the delivery person was not at all apologetic. I called GrubHub when the food was a half hour late and they informed me that the food had in fact been dispatched and should be on its way to me. Despite that, it took another 45 minutes to arrive. GrubHub's customer service was wonderful in this aspect--they apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a 10$ coupon for my next order. I am disappointed in Texas Roadhouse/delivery service. Even a call to inform me that he was going to be late, or an apology when he arrived would have been much appreciated. I understand that the weather was terrible--this does not justify rudeness on the delivery driver's part.
