I recently had the opportunity to attend the year end planning event for small business owners presented by Sherry Jordan of the Northwest Coaching Group. Unlike many career and business planning events I have attended in the past, “Planning with Purpose” actually gave me understandable and manageable tools to systematically work through the myriad of questions to be answered in order to clearly set business goals for the upcoming year. While the amount of information seems overwhelming, the Northwest Coaching Group is right there encouraging and counseling me along the way, providing a comprehensive and challenging process to answer those questions and help me determine my goals. It has been hard work, but well worth the investment in my career.
