My advice would to not buy a gift card or special here because they will not honor it and say it is expired when it is not (I thought it was illegal to have an expiration on these things in Massachusetts, but at Vitality they make their own laws/rules-something to take up with the Better Business Bureau if you you've run into this). I called to book a facial and talked to the owner. I left her know that my sister-in-law had paid ahead for a facial and asked what kind of facial and she said "the gift certificate is for the 60 minute Vitatlity facial" and she booked me. So, I was treated very kindly when I arrived and checked in, had a very nice facial by Jackie and went to leave a tip. When I went to the desk they said they could not find the gift certificate in the system and that I would have to pay for the facial, but that they'd talk to the manager to get things straightened out when I explained I'd talked to Christina and she had confirmed she saw my certificate in the system fo
