The customer service person that I spoke to hung up on me as water was running out if my unit. It was very unprofessional and a huge disappointment. I had to call the salesperson to get anyone to help me as the basement floor was filling with water. I should have saved a thousand dollars and hired my own plumber. Unfortunately, when I shared my story with my neighbor and told them all I got instead of an apology was a lousy filter they decided to go elsewhere. I went to martins to support a small business and good service. However, my disappointment is apparent.
