I bought my 2002 Expedition from Smart Motors. There was a large amount of paperwork, and I kept returning because they needed me to sign things. I looked at other places and they were the only ones that guaranteed to get me in a car that same day, which is what I wanted. The people were all nice, helpful, and respectful. Since then, I have returned and I just bought a 2001 Silverado truck from them.
