We had rotting wood around our dormer windows. Handyman scheduled us right away and had someone out to do the job within a few days. Unfortunately, there was no pre-visit to determine the extent of the job and the tools necessary. The roof was more slanted than anticipated and the first thing the handyman had to do was figure out and then buy the materials to ensure he had a stable base to work from. I was a bit worried that only one person was assigned as it seemed a bit dangerous to only have one. Once he established a stable working surface, things went pretty smoothly from there on out. He did a good job replacing the rotting wood and ensured caulking and painting was done.
I was very happy with his work, I just wished he was more prepared for the job and that he had a colleague to help him.
