Thanks a lot. Chuck really knows his stuff. I learned a lot today that I never knew about houses which will help me in maintaining this house and houses to come. I am really glad I was there today with Chuck to see the things I didn't see before. You all live up to your reputation and your promise to customers.
From Chuck's inspection, there are more positives than negatives and that is music to our ears. We have been house shopping since March and felt like this is the house for us. We feel very confident in our choice now thanks to Chuck and Advantage Inspection.
