I called after finding the Co on Google, spoke with a very nice young lady, explained my problem , she quoted me a price explained how it would work I told her I would call back. I called Sears and a person that did not speak good English answered, I couldn't understand so I hung up. Called Accredited back same young lady asked when I would like to schedule, I assumed the next day she said she could have someone out same day!! Shocked but she said after 3:30, service tech STEVEN did arrive real close to 3:30 he was AWESOME, very professional!!! Gave estimate of a few things it could be, and fixed it in no time. My husband and I will be customers for life, and we WILL recommend Accredited to everyone. Thank you!
