After having four previous waterproofing contractors "fix" our balcony deck, Absolute Maintenance came out and actually fixed it, for good. The work was done quickly and professionally, and we had no further problems with leakage to the downstairs unit. The deck was waterproofed and resealed, and has not leaked since.
