This place has the worst service ever. Booked the private room with 38 people and they only assigned us one waitress. It took 1.5 hours to get our food. Bills were distributed by the name it/claim it method. My guests left with their meals in containers or with no meal at all. Those that ate said the pizza was OK but the chicken on the salads and sandwiches was very dry. Everything was cold.\r

Worst part-the manager told us it was our fault and made no effort at all to resolve our issues. He was all over the group when we got there, asking for future business. When the problems occured, he couldn't be bothered to help.\r

There are so many great places to eat in Austin...go to one of them instead.
