They explained what they were going to do and executed all there steps the way I would expect of any company I call to my home. This company was a great find especially for the price they charged, which I thought was way fair, and worth more than they are getting. I own my own company and know value. The end result is a don't see dust in my home, it feels cleaner, smells better ( I have dogs & cats so anything helps), and I recommend them to anyone looking for an air duct cleaning that gives service, professionalism value.
