Seriously amazing instructor. You can totally tell that she loves what she does! She knows everybody's name (due date, did they have a boy or a girl, how many kids etc.). She's super nice, the exercises are great and she tailors the class to the level for each person. She always explains the exercise and corrects you (in a friendly way) if you are doing it wrong. I've taken Carrie's Pre-natal and post natal Pilates classes, and I leave feeling one inch taller each time. A must for pre and post natal even if you've never lifted a finger in your life - also if you are a Pilates go-er from way back.
