Cabo has an edge over the other mexican eateries in the area in that it is a ""mix-mex"" rather than a ""tex-mex"". what this means is you won't be served refried garbage over and over again....Cabo's menu effectively blends differents flavors and tastes from various latin-american regions. For instance, you might start off with a cup of Caldo de Gallego (a soup native to northern Spain) and finish with Tres Leches cake (a Mexican favorite.) \r
