Generally, pretty disappointed when I've used them. Over the years, It seems I'll come back around to using them again because of the location, but then I usually regret it. I know in the past I've reluctantly gone in fearing the ""diagnostic trail"" that always seems to happen. It usually leads to a seemingly simple thing that ends up being a much bigger thing. I've had them tell me once that I had a head gasket problem that, when I took it to another place, ended up being something completely different (and way less expensive). I hate having the feeling someone would intentionally screw me, but I've walked out of there more than once wondering, are they just fixing one thing and loosening something else for the next time? I can say I've never walked out with the feeling of ""hey, these guys really took care of me, they explained things well and I feel good about coming back."" Be aware and don't necessarily agree with whatever they say is the issue. Get a second opinion.
