I just wanted to take a moment and thank Vision Quest and my trainer Ray for helping me to lose weight and to turn my life around! Before I joined VQ I was overweight and miserable. I was making my family miserable too because I had such a poor outlook on life. I joined Vision Quest and not only did I lose weight for the first time in 10+ years but I gained a whole new perspective on life!! I am on the road to success in all parts of my life now and there is no stopping me!!
