John the Service Technician was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed the toilet problem within 30 mins of his arrival (he was even earlier than the appoinment time set) and even noticed that a part of the toilet tank was starting to wear and should be replaced. He explained how to order the part to ensure I get the correct replacment part for the model toilet. I would definately use their services again!\r
