Buyer beware of this store!!! All sales are final . . . no REFUND or exchanges!! I bought a 18 inch mattress. When you are on showroom floor you cannot tell actual size because there is no foundation or boxspring when you are in showroom. Also, salesman neglected to tell me that the boxspring was another 10 inches besides the 18-inch mattress. When it arrived @ my house I told them I did not want it. It looked absolutely RIDICULOUS. The edge of bed came to 2-3 inches above my belly button and I am 5""3'. I could not even get into the bed, not to mention how stupid it looked. Once it was in my bed frame and headboard, etc, the bed was over 3 feet off the ground and you could not even see my pretty large headboard and footboard anymore because the mattress covered it.\r

I immediately told the people who delivered to return to store, that I DID NOT want it. They told me they did not work for Cleo's and could not do it. Really? Who hired you to bring me my mattress.\r

To make a long story short, you might as well burn it because you are stuck with it!! \r

What's even worse, the so-called brand new mattress was DIRTY!! It had black dirt marks all along the edge of both the boxspring and the mattress. There was no doubt in my mind that it was not new from the manufacturer. \r

I am filing a complaint with Arkansas Attorney General's Office and the BBB of Conway.\r

Just save yourself grief, don't do business with an entity like them. They are unscrupulous and cheezy!!
