Looking for a florist? May I suggest that you DO NOT use Petals and Hearts Florist off 40/42 in Garner, NC. As a business owner and consumer, I look for three things; Quality of product, Customer Service and Cost. For a business to expect a consumer not to shop around is ludicrous. For Petals and Hearts Florist to email a potential customer and deny a quote because they ""saw you shopping around"", is just plain unprofessional and business suicide.
