I ordered my food and waited the 60 minutes and then a couple extra because I was trying to be patient. I called them to ask about the order they said it would be 20 more minutes. After 35 more minutes I received a phone call. When i picked up the phone no one said anything. Assuming it was the delivery I went downstairs and still nothing. I came back upstairs and called the number back twice with no answer. Finally the third time they answered and sure enough it was the cafe. I explained that someone had just called from that number and said nothing and that I was in fact waiting from delivery from them. She asked my name and then told me it would be another hour!!!! I had already been over and hour and a half. I told her that was unacceptable and they should have told me that the first time I called when they told me it would only be 30 minutes longer. 2 1/2 hours is ridiculousness! I could have ordered food from somewhere else and had it by the second phone call

I wanted to like this place and was excited for the food but I wont order from them again. They are really unprofessional. I have had really slow service every time I have eaten in as well. I don't know why I thought the delivery would be any better.
