HORRIBLE experience. I've lived in their Broad Ripple apartments for a little over a year now. Unfortunately, my lease had already been renewed when I realized how absolutely horrible this company is. The staff is rude & unintelligent. The apartments aren't the best but they're not the worst. There are bug problems in the summer & they really cheap out on repairs. I've had to have my water heater looked @ 7 times in probably the last 10 months because they won't fix whatever the problem is w/ it. I had a big crack in my ceiling that was poorly repaired & came back within a week. But the worst part is the office staff. They are incredibly rude. I'm absolutely dumbfounded by it. They really treat people like garbage. I live in Broad Ripple, where they have a lot of apartments, yet to speak to anybody or do anything, I have to go all the way downtown, to still be treated like garbage. I'm treated like a violent criminal every time I speak to anyone from the office. Which is strange cuz I'm a really good tenet. I always pay my rent on time, I'm quiet, nobody every complains about me, I keep my apartment clean & in good condition. Yet, no matter what, the office staff treats me like dirt. They're very shady & I know that recently they have regularly been coming into my apartment for no reason w/o warning. When I asked about it, they said they were just checking to see if I lived there. What?!?! How many times a month do you need to check to see if I live in my apartment?? If I pay my rent on time, who even cares if it were empty?? Not that it was. When I mentioned this, I was just told they can do what they want. It's really terrible, I wish I hadn't renewed my lease. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
