Called them out on the 10th to fix a freezer that wouldn't keep food cold was charged $160 for a ""coil cleaning"". Next day same problem so called them out again on the 11th for which we were charged $182 for another coil cleaning and a ""timer defrost"". Four days later the freezer is still broken and they won't call me back.
