It is tough to get in contact with the gentleman that owns the company. He does not call back and you must always follow-up with him. They do not send out confirmations and when asked, the information was incorrect. The train arrived in very nice condition (clean) but the train ride was very short due to a slope on our cul-de-sac. They should scope out the area they service before giving us the bad news 2 minutes before the party started. We rented the train for 3 hours and after an hour, the conducter was tired of the kids and was hurrying them along. During the 3 hours, he did not acknowledge the birthday child once and when his time was up, he did not say anthing to anyone but just drove off with the train. They need to improve their customer service skills and the customer experience.
