We hired them for our sons Birthday Party. They showed up on time, the train look great. The gentlemen was very nice. Everybody at the party enjoyed riding the rain. He went through their web site to order the train and it was quick and easy. We were able to have the train for more hours then we reserved it for with no pressure.
