Horrible customer service 9/8/2012

I was told my furniture would be delivered between 8am-11am and to use their "state-of-the-art" technology on their website to track my delivery. At 8am, I use the tracker and it says deliver time is 8:03am so I assume I'm the first delivery on the route and prep my house for delivery. I wait about an hour and no one comes. At 8:50am I call customer care and explain what's going on. I'm then informed that since they haven't started delivery for the day the deliver tracker is not updated. I was then told that I'm still scheduled for delivery between 8am-11am but that could be delayed. So, to recap, Bob's #1) told me my delivery could start at 8am when the truck hasn't gotten on the road until 9am #2) told me to use "state-of-the-art" technology that doesn't work the way it should and then their customer service defended it.
