Sloppy workmanship. Poor customer service. Waited 2 days for them to fix the air conditioning when they said they would be out THAT evening. When we called and told them we were still waiting after 24 hours, they said "oh no, we never go home until all our service calls have been completed." Um... NO. Charge astronomical amounts for services that are not fixed also, then charge you a second time to come out and fix what they didn't catch the first time.
