I was made fully aware of your situation. We have policies in place to make it fair for both the stylist that performed the service and the client. Our policy is to get the client in my chair as soon as possible, at that time it is to be determined the best course of action. I understand that time was limited for you, but I would love to meet with you. Mistakes can happen and I am willing to own up to it if given the opportunity. I would love the chance to change your opinion of our salon.\r
