3 times I have contacted Coit for a review of the quote to stretch and clean a carpet. Every time 'someone' is supposed to call me back - nobody ever calls.
For a different job, we scheduled a cleaning in the afternoon - by 5pm noone had called but after I called to inquire if anyone was coming, I was told that the job had been called in as complete. Another cleaner eventually came and did a great job.
Very disappointing service from Coit's service department in both cases.
I seriously doubt that I will recommend Coit after these 2 incidents.
