It is rare to find a place where you get service at the level U-Plumb-it consistently provides. I recently replaced my first water heater and knew to buy the heater and set it up then take pictures of all the connections and go straight to U-Plumb-it for the necessary connectors. They take their time with you while one might think they would raise their prices to cover the service they provide, they simply do not. The parts I bought were comparable in price to the big house hardware stores where the advice you get is marginal at best and understandably so. U-Plumb-It is staffed by people who know what you are trying to do and rush around the store pulling the parts you need sending you home to complete a job you never thought possible. I find this shop a blessing and encourage all to patronize them whenever trouble takes you into a do-it-yourself situation.
