We've had Jeff from Pest Away come out many times for different problems and he's always been incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. He even took a sample of a bug that he was not sure of & had it tested by an entomologist! Talk about going above and beyond! \r

As it turned out we had a strange strain of mites in the garden/patio/bbq area. I was worried about using poison, especially in the bbq area and he assured me he would use a natural solution and it worked.\r
