I recently purchased a new/used car and had to take it in\r
as the Coolant light was coming on. Firestone said they \r
had to run a computer diagnostics on this car to even assess\r
the problem ($112.00). \r

After picking the car up, they reported the turbo was \r
going out, it was spitting oil all over the place, \r
and degraded the make and model of the car completely as\r
well as made me feel horrible about the purchase in general.\r
They said this would cost up to 3k. \r

Their customer service was less then professional with the \r
way they spoke to me under already a stressful situation. \r
\r
I took the car into my prior mechanic who assessed the car and \r
who is an expert in Volvos. He said nothing of the sort was \r
wrong with the car. Really there were just a few minor issues \r
and a lot less expense. I do not recommend Firestone at all!\r
