I have lived here for 8 years now. I used to love it. But when CT Metro Holdings purchased the property it has gone down hill fast. The management is rude, they treat the tenants with disrespect. They installed security cameras in the halls, and monitor how often you have guests. They tow your own cars if you don't move them often. 60% of the tenants have left since last year. After the $100 rent increase for this new lease, more are leaving at the end of this year.
