My husband called after we found out late Friday night that our water heater was leaking. There was water underneath when we returned from out of town. So Saturday morning we called and they came out that afternoon. They had the old one out and the new one in within an hour, the whole time they were here was about an hour and 10 minutes. They were very professional and very efficient. They didn't charge us more for a weekend visit and we were able to take advantage of a coupon offer too that helped.
