These people are scam artists. They will take advantage of you on a special day. This did this to us. On our wedding day when it was too late to make alternate arrangements, they sent the wrong limo with no air conditioning. It was 105 degrees outside that day and even hotter in the limo. We bought the limo for 4 hours and could only utilize it for 30 minutes. We had to cut our service short and were not accommodated at all. In fact, when I called the owner, Cowboy, the next day he was extremely defensive and was yelling at us. You would be better off either paying an extra $800 for a quality company or not use a limo rather than to risk getting screwed by these guys. If you still happen to go with them, good luck!
