The tri-tip was perfectly cooked, lean & tender. Sauce had lots of flavor, not too spicy or vinegar-y. Chicken was very good. I am a cornbread fan, & this was probably the moistest, most flavorful cornbread I have tasted. We will definitely order again! I wish there was not pork in the collard greens (we asked first & did not order), but no complaints! Thanks.
