Ruined my lawn. Fired them after they sprayed water and said it was treatment. Charged $30 extra for special Chinch Bug insecticide resistant to regular poisons. What a scam. I actually got chinch bugs after that! If you have them, run out and have the guy squirt his chemicals into a small jar. Then have the city inspect what's in it. These people should be in jail.
