Every time I go to Miss Saigon I have to have the Miss Saigon rice noodles with added white chicken. I was turned on to this dish by a raving fan and I continue to spread the word. There are so many flavors and textures going on here. The noodles and broth are light, lemongrass adds a bright tone, a bit of sweet/spicy sauce, crunchy veggies, soft white chicken breast slices and then the best part... crunchy and delicious egg rolls cut up and thrown in. I actually want to go there right now! We have tried several appetizers and the Vietnamese tea are all great!
